25th Anniversary of KUAC / AlaskaOne Posters
Celebrating a quarter of a century of AlaskaOne posters and Alaskan artists.

Building on the strong relationship between KUAC/AlaskaOne and the University of Alaska Museum of the North, it's only natural for us to celebrate this anniversary event together. For 25 years, the KUAC/AlaskaOne poster tradition has celebrated Alaska's artists and their work, beginning with Jon Van Zyle's 1983 "It's Classic." Over the years, the posters have featured watercolors, oils, acrylics, quilts and photographs, each selected by an independent panel of community members and previous poster artists. Many of the poster artists and four of the original artworks are featured in the museum's collection. See the entire poster collection in the Museum Café through June 8th.
